Introduction and Scope of These Terms

When you register an account with qq333, you create a personal account that is your sole responsibility to maintain and secure. qq333 will never ask for your password via email, phone or live chat. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your qq333 account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person. qq333 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify qq333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. qq333 will investigate all reported security incidents.
• qq333 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, legible format.
• qq333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

qq333 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of local payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on qq333 are processed in accordance with the following terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. qq333 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your qq333 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including pre-arranged match outcomes in multiplayer game formats, chip-dumping or coordinated betting patterns.

6. Responsible Gaming Commitment
